Job Description

• Conduct cell-based functional assays and support daily cell culture activities.
• Perform radioisotope-based assays and handle animal tissue samples as required.
• Execute established experimental protocols with accuracy and consistency.
• Support assay and workflow optimization, data analysis, and literature review as needed.
• Evaluate and perform customized functional assays based on project requirements.
• Accomplish other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

Education / working experience
• Master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with relevant industry experience may also be considered.
• Working experience in industry or GLP/GMP laboratory is preferred.
• Experience with semi-automated, automation platforms or medium to high-throughput screening is preferred.

Technical skills / Hands-on experience
• Solid experience in handling a wide range of cell lines and primary cells.
• Proven experience in cellular and biochemical assays.
• Ability to follow established protocols and generate reliable, high-quality data.

Soft Skills
• Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin; ability to write and review experimental protocols, conduct literature surveys, and deliver scientific presentations and discussions.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and consistency in executing experimental work.
• Reliable, well-organized, and able to manage routine tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to perform repetitive experimental work with high accuracy and consistency.
• A proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
