Job Description
1. Perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance (PM), and real-time troubleshooting to ensure equipment uptime.
2. Develop, track, and implement strategic plans for yield enhancement and operational efficiency optimization.
3. Conduct technical training and standard operating procedure (SOP) coaching for production line personnel.
4. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including maintenance manuals, checklists, and equipment specifications.
5. Initiate and execute cost-reduction projects (CIP) and resource optimization to minimize manufacturing expenditures.
