Job Description
1. Hardware Design: Responsible for schematic design of optical transceiver modules, PCB layout guidance, and selection of key electronic components (e.g., DSP, Laser Driver, TIA).
2. Optoelectronic System Integration: Cowork w/ Optical Engineers to integrate the optical sub-assemblies (TOSA/ROSA/BOSA) with electronic circuits to optimize the high-speed signal transmission performance.
3. Product Verification and Debugging: Execute product performance testing (e.g., Eye Diagram, BER, Sensitivity) and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting.
4. Technical Documentation: Create and output the technical documents (such as Product Specs, Schematics, Board file, RD Verification Reports, Bills of Materials (BOM) and others based on the project requitrements).
5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with other design function team for the product verification and support MFG team to resolve mass production yield issues.
