Key Responsibilities:
1.Coordinate and confirm overseas travel components (hotels, restaurants, transport, attractions)
2.Manage cost allocation, billing, and reconciliation
3.Maintain product information and supplier contracts
4.Develop and manage supplier relationships, including negotiation
5.Handle supplier data and resolve issues effectively

1.海外當地產品元件預定(飯店, 餐廳, 巴士, 景點門票)追蹤回覆與確認
2.成本入帳與對帳請款
3.元件資訊與合約維護
4.供應商往來應對關係及談判
5.供應商資訊管理及危機處理能力
