1. 與客戶合作, 根據客戶提供Build schedule, 協調內外資源, 使專案能保質保量完成
2. build 前需要準備工作, 制定CTB, 以及build中期, 對Build進度把控以及各種issue 的追蹤
3. 在Build 期間, 每天與客戶面對面開daily meeting, 協助做一系列驗證工作,
EPM 主要是協調各種資源, （包括人機料法環）在成本管控的同時, 及時準確地完成各種驗證, 需要具體強大的溝通協調能力, 以及抗壓能力

1.大學本科, 工程相關科系: 電子/通信/機械相關/英語/國貿
2.專業知識及技能要求: SMT 貼片/lvl-5零組件加工
3.工作經歷要求: 製造業/消費性電子產業/手機相關產業
4.英語及計算機要求: 英語能力能製作/Present報告. 英語優, 聽說讀寫皆熟練
5.具專案管理能力/需考核Leadership & Ownership
6. 熟練的項目管理和客戶管理經驗 (有PMP類資質認證尤佳)
7.頭腦靈活, 可隨機應答客戶問題, 有良好的職業操守及職業奉獻精神
8. 嚴格的流程和成本管控意識
