2、負責新產品階段專案組裝製程與良率改善,確保流程可達量產水準
3、負責新產品階段專案樓層改造計畫,協調與管理,確保專案可如期舉行
4、負責工作流程改善與創新提案,提升工作效率
5、語言要求英文口語流利

1.工程相關科系: 電子/電機/機械/自動化/工工/工管/企管
2.專業知識及技能要求: 模具, 成型, 模切, 鋁擠, lvl-5零組件加工
3.工作經歷要求: 製造業/消費性電子產業/手機相關產業. 熟悉手機領域相關的生產、測試流程和issue.
4.英語及計算機要求: 英語能力能製作/Present報告. 英語優, 聽說讀寫皆熟練
5.職業道德及個性特質要求: 具專案管理能力/需考核Leadership & Ownership
6. 熟練的項目管理和客戶管理經驗（有PMP類資質認證尤佳）
7.頭腦靈活, 可隨機應答客戶問題, 有良好的職業操守及職業奉獻精神
8. 嚴格的流程和成本管控意識
