1. 與客戶進行技術溝通，分析新產品研發阶段可靠性測試失效產品，查找異常原因

2. 使用DLSR, 顯微鏡、X-Ray、SEM/EDS、熱像儀、TLD 等工具進行分析與檢測

3. 針對可靠性測試跌落、高溫高濕、震動等導致的失效，與客戶進行技術溝通失效分析

4. 使用CT及X-Ray檢測產品缺陷

5. 使用電氣測試设备示波器、萬用表、TDR等測試電路特性及定位失效點 

6. 使用微觀成像分析工具使用 SEM、FTIR等進行材料級別的失效點 

7. 整理數據，撰寫失效分析报告

8. 跨部門協作：與研發、製程、品管等團隊合作，推動問題解決和產品優化

9. 客戶管理
