1. Undertake and implement the Group's sustainability policy to ensure that ESG practices at overseas bases are consistent with those of the headquarters.
2. Assist overseas bases in introducing and implementing international sustainability standards and disclosure frameworks.
3. Coordinate overseas ESG data collection and reporting to ensure accurate and consistent information.
4. Track trends in sustainability, environmental protection, and labor-related regulations in the residency.
5. Collaborate with overseas factories to promote the implementation of sustainable strategies and actions.
6. Support ESG management and improvement operations in overseas supply chains.
7. Establish and maintain cooperation with local governments, NGOs, and industry partners.
8. Plan and implement overseas sustainable projects and related activities.
9. Serve as the ESG communication and coordination window between overseas bases and headquarters.
