WECS, a groundbreaking joint venture between Walsin Lihwa and NKT, merges the best of Taiwan’s and Europe’s expertise to deliver high-voltage submarine cables for the green energy revolution. Our state-of-the-art facility in Kaohsiung is strategically positioned to lead Taiwan’s energy transition and is set to begin supplying reliable HVAC submarine cables for offshore wind projects by 2027.
Job Requirement
You will work closely with senior HR team members and receive full on-the-job training. This is a great opportunity for foreign students who are interested in starting a career in Human Resources and gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
1.Supporting talent acquisition activities (resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication)
2.Assisting with onboarding processes (new hire orientation, document preparation, and HR system updates)
3.Supporting internal training programs and company events, including All Hands meetings and employee engagement activities
